Claudia Adriasola is currently Managing Director, Regional Human Resources for Burson-Marsteller Latin America. Claudia served as head of the Mexico Burson-Marsteller office since January 2006. She joined the company in 1997 as Director for Corporate, Public Affairs and Financial in 2001 and has extensive experience in advising national and multinational corporations and government institutions in public affairs and corporate positioning.
In her 10 years in Burson-Marsteller, client work has included international companies such as Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Ford, EMC, Nestle, McKinsey, Thames Water and Allergan among others. Areas of expertise include strategic counsel, crisis management, regulator issues, investor relations and environmental communications provided to clients in the food, utilities, healthcare, communications, entertainment, and mining sectors as well as NGOs.
Through her work in Chile and Mexico, Adriasola has advised clients in the forestry and wood work sector, energy and electricity, mining, among others on corporate responsibility issues regarding environment, sustainability, labor and community affairs, either through the development of CSR programs, engaging in community development plans and community outreach. For Coca-Cola partnering in the creation and implementation of two of the regional initiatives Acción Planeta and Movimiento Bienestar to tackle environmental issues and obesity problems in Latin America. For energy and electricity companies, global stakeholder and community outreach; creation, development and implementation of CSR programs.
Her client experience also includes promotion of the Chile brand and Chilean products for ProChile in Europe and Asia, promotion and defense of Chilean salmon in the United States in the dumping accusation case, supported the Oil Products Association (Promosol), the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber and the US equivalent, Pharma, for the approval of a law protecting intellectual property.
Claudia brings with her twenty years of experience in journalism and communications in diversified media, including television and corporate communications. Before joining Burson-Marsteller Claudia lead the Communications Department of the National Women's Service, an agency of the Chilean government devoted to the advancement of women.
