David Coronna counsels clients in the development of business, brand and communications strategy. His approach to strategy development is different for three reasons: 1) he involves the client in the process to ensure all corporate knowledge is brought to bear in solving the problem; 2) he puts teams in place to follow up and implement the agreed upon solutions; and 3) he leverages proprietary databases in brand diagnosis and corporate reputation to gain insight and learnings.

Working in industries including telecommunications, food, utilities, financial services and technology, David has developed and vetted methodologies that maximize the power of the brand in delivering on business strategy. Often the planning process includes some type of organizational transformation to focus and drive the company.

He joined Burson-Marsteller in 1984, helping clients to build and defend brands. David is a frequent contributor to professional journals and is an instructor in public relations at Roosevelt University in Chicago. He has a juris doctor degree and is a member of the federal and Illinois bars.
